Finca Resalso is a young Tempranillo from Ribera del Duero that stands out above all for its versatility when it comes to pairing. It can be paired with white meats, cured meats, and any appetizer.
Finca Resalso is the youngest and freshest expression of Emilio Moro, made entirely from Tempranillo sourced from vineyards located in Pesquera de Duero, in the heart of Ribera del Duero. The wine takes its name from a historic vineyard planted by the Moro family in 1932, reflecting the winery’s fruity and approachable character.
The harvest is carried out in selected plots, and the winemaking aims to preserve all the aromatic intensity and freshness of the variety. After fermentation, the wine undergoes a brief ageing in French and American oak barrels, which brings balance and complexity without overshadowing the fruit.
On the nose, intense aromas of ripe red and black fruits stand out, accompanied by floral notes, balsamic hints, and gentle toasted touches. On the palate, it is juicy, fresh, and balanced, with smooth tannins and a silky texture that makes it very easy to enjoy.
Ideal to pair with grilled meats, tapas, cured meats, rice dishes, and Mediterranean cuisine.
