Elegant and complex Albariño from Val do Salnés, aged on lees in barrel, with ripe fruit, flowers, saline minerality, and a long finish.
Paco & Lola Heritage is a special edition Albariño made in Val do Salnés (D.O. Rías Baixas) from the free-run juice of selected grapes. It ferments at a controlled temperature and is aged on its lees in lightly toasted 500-liter European oak barrels, which brings complexity, volume, and elegance. It shows a straw-yellow color with golden highlights, clean and bright. On the nose, it is complex and refined, with aromas of russet apple, plum, and lemon peel, along with floral notes of acacia and elderflower. Aromatic herbs such as bay leaf and chamomile are also present, along with sweet spices, almond, and a mineral, saline, and slightly smoky background. On the palate, it is broad, fresh, and intense, with good structure, great fruit concentration, and a long, persistent finish. Ideal to enjoy at 8-10 ºC with seafood, fish, or signature cuisine.
