Fresh and aromatic Albariño, with white fruit, subtle salinity, and a long, elegant finish.
Bico da Lua is a 100% Albariño white wine with D.O. Rías Baixas, from vineyards located in the Condado de Tea area, beside the Miño River and on the border with Portugal. The smallholding plots grow on soils rich in clay and mica, giving the wine a fresh, mineral personality.
Fermentation takes place at a low temperature to preserve its full aromatic expression, and the wine remains on its lees for at least three months, gaining volume, texture, and persistence on the palate.
Pale straw yellow in color, it offers intense aromas of white fruit, fresh flowers, and a slightly saline background. On the palate it is elegant, with good acidity, a clean fruity sensation, and a long, refreshing finish.
Ideal with shellfish, seafood rice dishes, white fish such as sea bass or red sea bream, and also excellent with Asian cuisine thanks to its ability to enhance aromas and flavors.
