Terraprima Blanco is a wine born from a project with soul: the recovery of old vineyards in the Massís del Garraf, saved from destruction by Carlos Esteva. Today, these organic vines are a symbol of respect for the land and tradition.
Made from 80% Xarel lo and 20% Macabeo, it ferments spontaneously with natural yeasts, and a small portion of the Xarel lo is aged in chestnut barrels, adding texture and elegance. Pale straw yellow in color, it offers aromas of ripe pear, apricot, and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is fresh, structured, and with a marked minerality that gives it a savory and persistent finish.
An authentic and expressive white wine that reflects the purest essence of Garraf.
