This uniquely characterful Xarel lo comes from vineyards planted between 1956 and 1974, in the heart of Alt Penedès, specifically in the municipality of Sant Sebastià dels Gorgs. The bush-trained vines are rooted in extremely calcareous soils with a loamy texture, composed of sedimentary rocks such as sandstone, which lends a special minerality to this wine.
