Ozu by Otazu Premium Cuvée is a red wine from D.O. Navarra, made from a balanced blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Tempranillo, harvested separately during the month of October to preserve the personality of each variety. It is a wine that combines structure and elegance with a clear gastronomic vocation.
It displays an intense ruby red color. On the nose, notes of red fruit and wild berries stand out, with spicy nuances contributed by its twelve-month aging in French oak barrels from different forests. On the palate, it is round, fresh, and harmonious, with polished tannins and a balanced finish that keeps the fruit as the main focus.
It is ideal with cured meats, red and game meats, all kinds of cheeses, risottos, fish such as tuna or smoked fish, and also with dark chocolate.
