Kosher wine. In the glass it shows an intense cherry color with garnet rims and a deep robe. On the nose it is aromatically intense and complex. Plenty of ripe red and black fruit, with slight liqueur-like notes, interwoven with very present, flavorful toasted notes and hints of sweet and spicy spices. Reminiscences of Mediterranean underbrush. A background with great personality is perceived, where a gentle minerality and hints of damp earth appear. On the palate it is imposing, elegant and complex. A very broad entry, with an intense yet flavorful, enveloping passage and a silky texture. Fleshy fruit with a more pronounced minerality. Excellent acidity that refreshes the palate. We find tannins that still need polishing. Long and persistent finish, with ripe, luscious fruit and a broad retronasal expression of toasted and smoky notes.
