Coca i Fitó Negre is an age-worthy red wine from the DO Montsant that represents the essence of the winery, made from old vines located on a small estate in the heart of the Falset Valley, on limestone soils. The blend of Syrah, Garnacha and Cariñena, together with aging for between 12 and 14 months in French and American oak barrels, results in an elegant and delicate wine, yet at the same time powerful and fresh. It stands out for its great complexity and, especially, for its evolution in the glass, where it unfolds a changing range of aromas and sensations that evoke different landscapes over time. On the palate it is structured, balanced and persistent, making it an ideal wine for special occasions and one to keep in memory.
