Etim El Joc is a young wine made from Garnacha Negra, Cariñena, and Cabernet Sauvignon, reflecting all the Mediterranean essence of the DO Montsant. Deep garnet red with violet highlights, clean and bright, it offers floral aromas of rose on the nose, mineral notes, and ripe fruit such as blueberries and blackberries. On the palate it is smooth, silky, and very easy to drink, yet with character, freshness, and authenticity. With 14% vol., it is a versatile wine to enjoy on any occasion: it pairs especially well with grilled meats, simply prepared oily fish, cured meats, and semi-cured cheeses. Vinified with the varieties fermented separately at controlled temperature and later blended after malolactic fermentation, it is presented as an authentic, food-friendly wine, perfect for sharing, even at traditional calçotadas.
