Cabrida DO Montsant is a single-varietal masterpiece of red Garnacha that pays tribute to the old vines of Montsant. Made exclusively from vines between 60 and 110 years old, this wine expresses the purity and elegance of red Garnacha at its finest. The clay and granite soils in which the vineyards are rooted lend the wine a mineral, well-structured personality.

Tasting Note: It shows a bright ruby red color with a medium-low intensity that catches the eye. On the nose, it is a wine of remarkable aromatic expression, with notes of raspberry jam, flowers, and mountain herbs, giving it a fresh and perfumed profile. On the palate, it is delicate and very well defined, with a vibrant freshness that evokes redcurrant and raspberry. Its smooth structure and elegant tannins provide a rounded mouthfeel, where the oak is perfectly integrated, offering a subtle and refined profile.
Pairing: The freshness and elegance of this wine make it an ideal match for rich dishes such as duck magret, creamy cheeses, or pig’s trotters. It is also perfect with mushroom risottos and roasted white meats, bringing balance and subtlety to every pairing.
