. On the eye, the wine shows a medium-intensity garnet color with violet highlights. The aroma is a stroll through the Mediterranean forest, with notes of wild herbs, spices, violets, and cherries. On the palate, it stands out for its breadth and freshness, with an enveloping volume and an aromatic profile rich in forest fruits such as redcurrant, blackberries, blueberries, and black plum. We also find nuances of licorice, paprika, and a minerality that adds depth. The finish is long and captivating.
Pairing: This wine, with its voluptuous structure and intense flavor, is ideal with grilled meats and veal entrecôte. It also pairs wonderfully with cheeses of different ages, baked eggplant, and sautéed vegetables.
