Cherry-red color with aromas of semi-ripe red fruits reminiscent of blackberries, raspberries, and blackcurrants. On the nose it also reveals mineral notes and hints of tofu and coffee. It is fresh, silky, and elegant. A persistent aftertaste that stands out for its special character that only the lands of Montsant can offer.
