5 Finques Blanc is a white wine from the DO Empordà produced by Perelada from the selection of five emblematic estates that reflect the diversity of the region. From the slopes of Finca Garbet, influenced by the Mediterranean breeze and the Tramontana, to the iron-rich soils of Finca Espolla, passing through old vines and different landscapes that bring complexity and character. The blend of varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc, Garnacha Blanca, Macabeo, Gewürztraminer, Muscat of Alexandria, and Chardonnay gives rise to a rich and expressive wine. Fermentation at a controlled temperature and partial aging for 10 months in acacia barrels provide balance and elegance. On the nose, it stands out for its aromas of jasmine, dried fruit such as dried apricots, vanilla, and grapefruit peel. On the palate, it is fresh and enveloping, with good structure and a long, harmonious finish that reflects the Mediterranean character of Empordà.
