Petit Batec Brut Nature is a cava made under the DO Cava appellation from Macabeo and Xarel·lo, following the traditional method with secondary fermentation in the bottle. It undergoes a minimum ageing of 15 months in the cellar, which gives it balance, finesse, and a well-integrated mousse. Pale bright yellow in colour, it shows a fine, persistent stream of bubbles forming an elegant crown. On the nose, it offers good aromatic intensity, with floral and fruity notes that bring freshness and personality. On the palate, it is dry, fresh, and balanced, with a pleasant texture and a persistent finish that invites you to keep enjoying it. A versatile cava, ideal both as an aperitif and to accompany a wide variety of dishes.
