Poesía Garnacha Blanca is an elegant and vibrant white wine made from Garnacha Blanca under the D.O. Catalunya. The grapes are harvested at dawn to preserve their freshness, and the must ferments slowly after remaining on its lees for two months, giving it body and creaminess.
Pale golden in color with greenish highlights, it offers a fresh and aromatic profile, with notes of pineapple, mango, grapefruit, and peach. On the palate it is round and unctuous, with a fruity, rich character and a persistent finish full of tropical nuances.
It pairs perfectly with Japanese cuisine, risottos, salted fish, foie gras, and goat cheeses.
