Anayón Cariñena is a singular wine made from 63-year-old vineyards rooted in the very stony soils of D.O.P. Cariñena. 100% Cariñena, it combines the strength of the variety with the elegance gained after 10 months of aging in French oak barrels.
Bright ruby red in color, it displays intense aromas of ripe cherries, raspberry jam, and chocolate, along with delicate hints of licorice and smoke from the wood. On the palate it is round, smooth, and full of ripe fruit, with polished tannins and a silky texture. Its finish is long and հաճent, leaving a persistent memory of fruit and spices.
