HPM Crianza Red is a wine made in Rioja Alavesa from vineyards over 40 years old, with a clear commitment to quality and character. After a cold pre-fermentation maceration and 9 days of alcoholic fermentation, it ages for 12 months in Russian oak barrels, an uncommon type of wood that combines the sweetness of American oak with the spicy touch of French oak. On the nose, ripe red fruit stands out alongside notes of clove, pepper, and vanilla. On the palate, it is long, structured, and complex, with perfect integration between fruit and oak. An elegant and distinctive wine, perfect for red meats, roast lamb, spiced dishes, and aged cheeses.
