HPM Joven Carbonic Maceration is a wine from Rioja Alavesa made following the traditional method passed down from generation to generation. Carbonic maceration consists of fermenting whole bunches, without destemming, which gives the wine a fruitier, fresher profile. It displays primary aromas of red fruit and delicate lactic nuances. On the palate it is round, smooth and balanced, with good freshness thanks to its natural acidity. A young, flavorful and easy-drinking wine that reflects the family tradition of more than one hundred years and the privileged microclimate of Baños de Ebro.
