Viña Salceda La Rellanilla, a high-altitude wine, fresh and silky, that revives the winemaking tradition of Laguardia.
Aged for 6 months in concrete on its fine lees, La Rellanilla revives winemaking practices from before the French influence following phylloxera and the introduction of barrels. This approach seeks to preserve all the purity of the grapes from this area of Laguardia. The result is a 100% Tempranillo with deep color, an attractive purple rim, and high aromatic intensity, dominated by notes of black fruit such as blackberries and blueberries, with subtle mineral aromas reminiscent of chalk, accompanied by delicate floral hints of violet and spicy touches of licorice. On the palate it is broad yet silky, with good volume and rounded tannins that give it a smooth texture
