Ex Vite 2016 is a special edition created to commemorate the 25th anniversary of the first Ex Vite. Made from Xarel lo and Macabeo from the old vineyards of Les Flandes, a natural amphitheater perched above Miocene limestone formations, it faithfully expresses the singularity of the place. Produced with organic farming, hand-harvested grapes, and more than 100 months of aging under natural cork, it achieves a silky and refined complexity. The 2016 vintage, marked by scarce rainfall, yielded highly concentrated grapes, perfect for long aging. Ex Vite 2016 presents itself as elegant, deep, and precise, with pronounced minerality and impeccable structure. Limited and numbered edition of 4,250 bottles.
