Gramona Celler Batlle Brut Nature 2015 is a long-aged sparkling wine, made from xarel lo and macabeo and aged for more than 100 months. Complex and profound, it offers aromas of white fruit, citrus, and bakery notes, with a creamy, powerful, and fresh palate of great elegance.
Gramona Celler Batlle Brut Nature 2015 is one of Gramona’s great long-aged sparkling wines, sourced from the Can Romeu site, with sandy silt-loam soils that bring elegance and depth. Made from 70% xarel·lo and 30% macabeo, hand-harvested and carefully selected, the wine enters the press by gravity, and the blend is decided by tasting before the second fermentation in bottle with a natural cork stopper. The entire process, including riddling and disgorgement, is carried out by hand, reflecting the winery’s artisanal character. Its ageing exceeds 100 months, bringing exceptional complexity and finesse.
On the nose, it shows great aromatic depth, with notes of white fruit, citrus, aromatic herbs and flowers, evolving towards bakery nuances, bread crumb and hints of old books. On the palate, it is powerful and structured, with a creamy, enveloping texture balanced by vibrant freshness that brings tension and energy. A refined, long and expressive sparkling wine that combines intensity, elegance and extraordinary ageing potential.
