Llopart Rosé Brut Reserva Magnum is an organic rosé Corpinnat sparkling wine produced by Caves Llopart. This wine is made from a blend of Monastrell (60?%), Garnacha (20?%), and Pinot Noir (20?%), sourced from vineyards located on the Can Llopart estate in Subirats, in Alt Penedès. The harvest is carried out by hand, and the winemaking follows the traditional method, with bottle ageing for at least 18 months. Bright cherry pink in colour, it displays fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose, it offers exuberant aromas of wild berries, such as strawberries and raspberries. On the palate, it is fresh, with balanced acidity and a long, pleasant finish. This sparkling wine is ideal to accompany appetizers, oily fish, seafood, and Asian cuisine dishes. It is recommended to serve it between 6? C and 8? C.
