Orders may be cancelled at no cost up until the moment the shipment is dispatched. If we receive notice of cancellation once the package has already been sent, it will be considered a return. Returns may be made up to 7 calendar days from receipt of the product according to the following instructions.
The right of return may not be exercised where there are indications that the products have been opened, handled, or exposed to unsuitable conditions. It is mandatory to return the products properly protected, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition for subsequent sale.
No package lacking any of the sender’s identification details (first name, last name, address, order number) may be accepted. The return of the requested products will give rise to a refund of the full amount paid by the User.
Shipping costs are borne by the customer, as are return costs.
Excluded from this are returns resulting from an error on our part, or breakage of goods during transport (see FAQs); in such cases Celler del Cava will bear the cost of the return and subsequent reshipment.
