The Naked Malt First Fill is a blended Scotch whisky that stands out for its rich, fruity profile, the result of maturation in first-fill sherry casks. It is part of the world of The Famous Grouse, one of Scotland’s most iconic brands, with a tradition dating back to the late 19th century.
This whisky combines malts from renowned distilleries such as Macallan, Highland Park, and Glenturret, achieving a balance of sweetness, complexity, and character. The influence of the sherry casks brings aromatic depth and a rounder, silkier texture.
On the nose, notes of black cherries and dark chocolate appear, with a warm, spicy background. On the palate, it is smooth and enveloping, with ripe fruit, spices such as nutmeg and cinnamon, and a well-integrated sweet touch.
