Vintage Armagnacs come from the finest vineyards in Bas-Armagnac. They are selected from the collection of spirits aged in oak barrels in the cellars of Nogaro for between 15 and 50 years. They are then stored in demijohns to preserve their aromas and alcohol content. Each vintage is unique and has its own personality.
Armagnac Dartigalongue & Fils, founded in 1838 by Pascal Dartigalongue, is the oldest distillery in Bas-Armagnac. Today, the fifth generation distills the noble white wines annually using the traditional method and then ages them in oak barrels for many years.
