Xalar Vermouth is the result of the passion and expertise of winemakers Toni Coca and Sílvia Pujol, who, after four years of research, have created a vermouth that combines tradition and innovation. Inspired by old homemade recipes, it recaptures the spirit of those vermouths made with local botanicals and a white Grenache base, conceived as true elixirs. In the glass, it offers a smooth entry with a sweet and elegant sensation, evolving into a distinctly bitter, characteristic, and balanced aftertaste, leaving a fresh and pleasant impression after a few seconds.
