Young red Ribera del Duero 100% Tempranillo, fresh and fruity, with soft tannins, notes of red berries, and well-integrated oak.

100?% Tempranillo red from the D.O. Ribera del Duero, sourced from vineyards in Santa Gadea grown on clay-limestone soils. Vinification includes a light pre-maceration, spontaneous fermentation, malolactic fermentation in tank, and aging for 5 months in new 300?L French oak barrels. Bright, clean cherry-red in color, it shows intense aromas of red fruits (strawberry, cherry) on the nose, with floral touches, wild berries, and a gentle background of vanilla and lactic notes. On the palate it is fresh, with friendly tannins, good structure, and a long, silky finish that preserves a marked acidity, bringing vibrancy. Perfect to accompany legumes, grilled meats, or semi-cured cheeses.
