Intense cherry-red color. Complex on the nose with balsamic notes, ripe fruit, and hints of licorice. Fresh, rounded sensations on the palate, with body and excellent balance. Finishes with an intense aftertaste.

100% Hairy Tempranillo. Wine from Finca La Canoca, an 18-hectare plot located in San Vicente de la Sonsierra. The vineyard is set on clay-limestone soil and follows an integrated farming system with organic fertilization. Planted in 1985, it stands out for its high planting density and low yield per hectare, which ensures higher-quality grapes. In its production, a traditional method with complete destemming is used. Malolactic fermentation takes place in barrel, and the wine is aged for 20 months in new French oak barrels (90%) and a small proportion of American oak (10%), which gives it balance and complexity in its final profile.
