Dry white wine 100% Ondarrabi Zuri, fresh and fruity, with notes of white fruit and citrus, long and mineral finish.

Txakoli white wine made 100% from Ondarrabi Zuri, the native variety of the Basque Country. The grapes are harvested by hand in small boxes, with double grape selection, destemming, and cold maceration prior to gentle pressing. The must was statically clarified and fermented at a controlled temperature, with an inertized, stabilized, and microfiltered process to preserve its aromatic purity. Pale straw yellow with greenish highlights, clean and bright, it offers an intense nose with aromas of white fruits (pear and apple), citrus (grapefruit), and stone fruits (peach). On the palate it is fresh, flavorful, and balanced, with a long, persistent finish, accompanied by slight bitter and mineral notes characteristic of the variety and the vineyard soil. It is recommended to serve it chilled, between 8º and 10º, perfect for sashimi, sushi, seafood, and lightly cooked fish, or in contrast with blue cheeses such as Gorgonzola or Cabrales.
