Málaga Virgen Pedro Ximénez is a sweet liqueur wine made from sun-dried Pedro Ximénez grapes, grown at Finca Vista Hermosa, in Fuente de Piedra. The winemaking combines young wines, naturally sweet wines, and aged oloroso wines, all under the D.O. Málaga. Aged through an oxidative process in American oak casks, the wine preserves its artisanal character thanks to minimal treatment, which may result in natural sediment. Dark mahogany in color with iodine highlights, it offers intense aromas of sun-dried grapes and nuances from aging. On the palate, it is unctuous, sweet, and elegant, with an enveloping persistence.
