Grenache and Syrah The grapes of the Grenache variety come from vines between 15 and 40 years old, and the Syrah from vines between 10 and 15 years old. Malolactic fermentation begins in tank and finishes in barrels. On the nose it is very rich, with plums, cherries, raspberries, olives, and herbs. On the palate it is acidic and very refined, with a medium-full body. Fine tannins. Smoky and spicy flavors. Savory finish.
