Únic Sauvignon Blanc is a fresh, Mediterranean white wine, made from vineyards at 500 m altitude. After a brief maceration and gentle pressing, it ferments at 16 C in stainless steel. Bright, with greenish hues, citrus and exotic aromas. On the palate, it is delicate, balanced and refreshing, with subtle acidity.

An expressive and vibrant white wine, made from Sauvignon Blanc grown at 500 meters above sea level. The freshness of the climate and the character of the variety come together in this Mediterranean-style wine, which stands out for its balance and aromatic purity.
The winemaking begins with a brief maceration followed by gentle pressing. The must undergoes static settling before fermenting at a controlled temperature of 16 C in stainless steel tanks, thus preserving all its varietal expression.
In the glass, it appears luminous and bright, with greenish highlights. On the nose, it is fresh and clean, with notes of citrus, exotic fruits, and a delicate hint of dry hay. On the palate, it has a smooth entry, a long finish, light acidity, and great balance, resulting in a refined and refreshing wine.
Ideal for those who enjoy white wines with personality, perfect as an aperitif or to pair with seafood, fish, or Asian cuisine.
