100% Chardonnay Organic white wine made from the Chardonnay variety. After passing through the sorting table, the grapes macerate with the skins to achieve better aromatic extraction. The grapes are gently pressed to obtain the free-run juice, which ferments in Allier French oak barrels at low temperature, followed by three months of ageing.
